all right, professor nolan higdon. thank you again so much for your time on this tuesday. now for a look across the bay this morning and we say happy tuesday to all of you. ><<>yeah. okay. i got to talk about this marine layer for a 2nd. even though we're going to break into the sunshine for the most part as we get into this afternoon, we're going to continue to see the marine layer building with a little more intensity tonight and tomorrow morning, and there's just a little bit of explanation on this. if you look at the big picture see the counterclockwise spin out here is an area of low pressure out here, which is helping to deepen the marine layer. elevated a little bit. and give it the ability to drop some rain. watch what happens over the next 24 hours that counterclockwise spin. also manages to squeeze out a few light showers, particularly tomorrow morning along the coast. that's what i like to call marine layer missed. it's not not quite rain. the totals are going to be really low. but tomorrow morning anywhere near the coast on the hills, and that could even be inl
